Cloud Administrator 24 month contract

Our government client in Winnipeg, MB is looking for a Cloud Administrator resource for a 24 mth contract (an initial 6 mth contract with an extension option of an additional 18 mth) reference 29954-RFR-DTS-061.

The position is preferred to be onsite in Winnipeg, MB, but remote will be considered

Things You Need to Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent • Minimum of 5 years infrastructure administration experience • Minimum of 2–3 years hands-on Microsoft Azure experience • Experience with Azure Cloud Service Models (IaaS, PaaS and SaaS) • Experience with Azure VMware Solution (AVS) • Experience with cost optimization and cloud financial management • Experience with identity governance (PIM, Entra ID advanced features) • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills • Experience with cloud monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response • Experience working in regulated or public sector environment
