Securiguard Services is looking for a security professional to join our team full-time at a local College Campus in Simcoe, Ontario.

Our mission at Securiguard is to make people feel safe. As a security professional, you'll contribute to the safety and security of students, staff and stakeholders by enforcing provincial and municipal regulations, enforcing college policies and procedures, by monitoring CCTV systems and operating security control room equipment, controlling access to site, reporting any hazards or security breaches and responding to incidents.

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security License
• Standard First AidLevel C CPR with AED
• Valid Class G Driver's License with clean driving record
• 1+ year of security experience and/or a diploma in the field of security or law enforcement
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfort with two-way radio communication
• Approaches a situation with a listening mindset and empathy
• Capable of standing and walking for a duration of up to 8 hours
• Ability to problem solve, and use discretion and good judgement
• Use of force training is an asset.
