Full-time Reports to: Commercial Leadership

At MapsPeople, we are entering a pivotal chapter of AI-led transformation and growth. We are shaping the future of spatial intelligence and indoor navigation, empowering enterprises around the world to create smarter, more intuitive indoor experiences.

To support this next phase, we are scaling our commercial efforts and transforming how we go to market. We are strengthening our CRM and revenue operations foundation to ensure our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams are enabled by clean data, strong processes, and actionable insights.

The Role

As CRM & Revenue Operations Manager, you will be the owner of our HubSpot ecosystem and the guardian of our prospect and customer data. You will operate at the intersection of systems, data, and commercial execution, ensuring our revenue engine is scalable, reliable, and well-governed.

You will go beyond database maintenance, designing automations, integrations, and reporting structures that allow teams to move fast and close deals with confidence. You will work closely with Sales Leadership, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to ensure our tech stack delivers a seamless user experience and supports data-driven decision-making across the revenue lifecycle.

What You Will Do

Own the architecture, health, and governance of our HubSpot CRM across Sales and Marketing. Proactively manage data hygiene and quality, implementing validation rules and monitoring processes to ensure data is accurate, consistent, and actionable. Act as the technical owner of the commercial tech stack, including HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DreamData, Jira, and Monday.com, ensuring tight integrations and measurable ROI. Design and maintain advanced workflows and automations to eliminate manual work (e.g. lead routing, SLA alerts, renewal reminders). Build and optimise lead scoring and lifecycle models, ensuring seamless handoffs between Marketing and Sales and that no lead falls through the cracks. Drive HubSpot adoption and enablement through training, onboarding, and translating technical capabilities into practical workflows. Build and maintain a Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) library to ensure consistent and scalable revenue operations. Partner with Marketing on full-funnel attribution and analytics (via DreamData) and with Sales on pipeline visibility and revenue forecasting. Build the dashboards and reports used by the Executive Team to run the business and by Finance to calculate commissions and payouts. Automate alerts and reporting triggers (e.g. upcoming contract expirations, pipeline risks) to enable proactive execution across the organization.

We Imagine You Come With

Required

3+ years of hands-on administration experience within HubSpot (Sales and Marketing Hubs). HubSpot Certifications: You hold current certifications (Revenue Operations, Sales Hub Admin, or Marketing Hub Admin). Data Fluency: Strong understanding of database structure, data mapping, SQL, and API integrations. Data Warehousing: Experience working with Google BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses for analytics, reporting, and data modeling. AI & Automation Mindset: Experience leveraging AI tools and advanced automation to optimize revenue workflows, improve lead scoring, automate reporting, and increase operational efficiency. Process Mindset: You can document a process clearly and have the backbone to enforce “System Governance” (knowing when to say no to a request that breaks the architecture). Tech Stack Familiarity: Experience integrating tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DreamData, or similar attribution platforms. Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones.

You Should Also Have

Experience working in a SaaS or B2B technology environment. Experience with SQL, BigQuery, API usage, NoSQL databases, and Javascript. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data manipulation outside of the CRM. Ability to work with developers on custom API integrations and data pipelines. Strong problem-solving skills—you enjoy figuring out why a workflow failed and fixing it permanently. Experience implementing automation frameworks, AI-assisted reporting, or predictive analytics within revenue operations environments.

What You Get

A role with real ownership and impact on how MapsPeople scales its commercial operations. The opportunity to help build and optimise a modern revenue engine, rather than inheriting a rigid legacy setup. Close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and leadership teams. Exposure to AI-led transformation and how data and automation power go-to-market execution. A flexible work setup based in Toronto. Support for continuous learning and certification within Revenue Operations and commercial technologies.
