About the role

Role Summary

The Manager, Wealth Growth & Analytics supports revenue generation through analytics‑led client acquisition, lifecycle management, lead optimization, and campaign enablement across BMO Wealth Management.

Working in close partnership with business stakeholders and under the direction of senior leadership, this role translates data, market insights, and stakeholder input into actionable insights and recommendations, contributing to end‑to‑end insight generation and the application of performance insights to improve targeting, strategies, and program design.

The role also contributes to the development of robust tracking of campaign, journey, and channel performance, supporting closed‑loop learning and continuous improvement in outcomes, while helping advance Ambition 2030 priorities and efforts to develop AI‑enabled insights and data‑driven capabilities.

Key Accountabilities

Strategy, Insights & Growth

Analyze client data, campaign results, and market insights to identify growth opportunities and support strategy development. Support development of targeting approaches and client strategies across acquisition, deepening, retention, and lifecycle events. Contribute to insight generation and recommendations that inform business decisions and growth initiatives. Identify opportunities to develop and apply AI‑enabled insights to enhance targeting and segmentation. Partner with business stakeholders to ensure insights are clearly translated into actionable next steps.

Analytics, Measurement & Performance

Support development and maintenance of tracking frameworks across campaigns, journeys, leads, and channels. Analyze performance data to identify drivers, trends, and optimization opportunities. Support post‑campaign and program analysis, helping translate findings into actionable improvements. Contribute to closed‑loop learning processes to refine targeting, strategies, and programs over time. Assist in developing AI‑enabled insights to improve understanding of client behaviour and performance outcomes.

Lead Strategy, Program Design & Execution

Support the evolution of lead and targeting strategies aligned to priority segments and One Client objectives. Partner with cross‑functional teams to design, implement, and optimize lead programs and client journeys. Contribute to end‑to‑end delivery of lead programs, including execution coordination and performance tracking. Support incorporation of data‑driven and emerging AI‑based approaches to improve targeting and personalization. Assist in test‑and‑learn initiatives (e.g., segmentation, experimentation) to enhance program effectiveness. Ensure programs are supported by clear measurement and feedback mechanisms.

Campaign & Journey Optimization

Analyze campaign and journey performance to identify opportunities to improve effectiveness. Support optimization of segmentation, timing, messaging, and channel mix. Work closely with execution teams to ensure insights are incorporated into ongoing campaign improvements.

Analytics & Data Leadership

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decision making. Support integration of data across sources to enable a comprehensive view of client and performance metrics. Apply data quality and governance standards in analytics processes. Contribute to advancing AI‑enabled and advanced analytics capabilities over time. Support adoption of self‑serve analytics tools for business partners.

Stakeholder & Cross‑LOB Partnership

Collaborate with Wealth, Private Banking, InvestorLine, Insurance, and enterprise teams to support insight‑driven initiatives. Partner with Marketing, Data & Analytics, Technology, and Sales Enablement teams to deliver analytics and program support. Communicate insights and performance findings clearly to stakeholders. Provide input into performance reporting, opportunities, and risks.

People & Capability Development

Contribute to a team environment focused on analytics, insights, and continuous improvement. Build capabilities in data analysis, insight generation, and business translation. Support adoption of standard tools, frameworks, and best practices.

Qualifications

4–7 years of experience in analytics, strategy, marketing, or data‑driven decisioning. Strong ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable insights. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, SAS, Python, Tableau, Power BI). Understanding of AI and agentic applications and their potential use in analytics and decisioning is preferred. Exposure to campaign analytics, lead strategy, or lifecycle measurement. Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and data environments (AWS is an asset). Exposure to or interest in AI and advanced analytics techniques. Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills. Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities. Ability to operate effectively in fast‑paced, evolving environments.

Salary:

$69,000.00 - $129,000.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.

BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
