As a Site MEP Integrator Technical Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in bridging owner project requirements, client technical standards, and integrator execution. Responsibilities

  • Independently manage day-to-day coordination activities between internal client resources, the Integrator point of contact, and project stakeholders.
  • Align integrator scope of work with client requirements and technical standards.
  • Establish inspection schedules and quality checkpoints for equipment in collaboration with internal teams and the Integrator POC.
  • Provide technical input and coordination for commissioning scripts executed at the integrator facility.
  • Plan and coordinate installation methods, ensuring alignment with design basis and verifying compliance and workmanship quality.
  • Oversee integrator activities to ensure adherence to specifications, offering hands-on technical expertise as needed.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including photos, checklists, and punch lists.
  • Proactively communicate project status, risks, and issues to project leadership, the Integrator POC, and the customer.
  • Serve as the onsite point of contact, escalating issues as necessary to maintain project schedule and momentum.

Qualifications

  • 35 years of electrical experience, plus 2 years of trade school, college education, or journeyman-equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency with Procore and strong ability to read and interpret submittals, specifications, and one-line diagrams.
  • Working knowledge of ATS, UPS, and switchgear systems, with exposure to commissioning processes.
  • Valid drivers license and ability to travel within Canada and North America as required.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Bilingual (French/English) preferred.
  • OSHA 30 or Canadian equivalent certification preferred.
  • NFPA 70E or Canadian equivalent certification preferred.
  • First Aid/CPR certification (required within the first 30 days if not current).

Offered compensation: $125,000/yr - $135,000/yr
