Role : PMS QA Test Lead / Tester Location – Toronto, ON | London, ON | Winnipeg MB (Hybrid- 3 days in office)

Job Description: Define Test Strategy, test plan, review Test coverage Test Lead responsible for driving the Implementation of a Portfolio Management system (SaaS product – Harmony) Refine Test strategy, test plans, Draft test cases, test scripts, and functional test execution during test phases. Collaborate with business, development and SMEs Build E2E scenarios and guidance to business & production acceptance testing

Key concepts - Portfolio modelling, trading, billing, and reporting into one integrated system, Allow Portfolio Managers to design mandates, manage sleeves (SMAs), and oversee full portfolio lifecycle in one place, Include pre-trade approvals, mandate adherence checks, audit trails, and full history tracking of decisions and changes, Deliver dashboards with AUM, asset allocation, KYC alignment, holdings, flows, and real-time analytics for better decision-making, Calculate fees (platform, advisory, management), manage fee programs, generate billing files, and support reconciliation, Manage fee agreements, householding, initial investments, constraints, and account setup workflows, Create and manage model portfolios, asset allocations, mandates, and product selection with built in guidelines and metrics, Provide trade blotter, grouping, routing to market, auto-allocation to accounts, and tools for drift monitoring and rebalancing.
