Must haves
PeopleSoft System Development and Tools Expertise: In-depth knowledge and experience of PeopleSoft system development and tools including, including Application Designer, People Code, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, SQR, and BI Publisher. Familiarity with Fluid UI development: configuring navigation, tiles, dashboards, Activity Guides, and managing role-based security Focus on modules Absence Management, Time & labour as well as Benefit and payroll; Knowledge of PeopleSoft security, workflow, and tools such as PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM), Change Assistant, and Data Mover.
Description
Be part of an agile, self-directed, multi-disciplinary team that includes managers, senior solution designers, software developers, and IT professionals with business expertise. Provide technical expertise to deliver advanced and complex digital solutions in all phases of SDLC, including design, implementation, testing, and maintenance in multi-platform environments. Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations allowing clients to explore data and discover business insights independently. Constantly and passionately learn emerging technologies, best practices, toolsets, and others to deliver state-of-the-art digital solutions. Provide and deliver technical solutions within large-scale ERP systems (Oracle Peoplesoft), supporting business process automation which achieves service delivery excellence and drives efficiencies.
Experience And Skill Set Requirements
Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM operating systems, delivered application functionality, configurations, and packaged application integration - (30%)
Focus on modules: Absence Management, Time & Labour, Benefits, and Payroll. Knowledge of PeopleSoft security, workflow, and tools such as PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM), Change Assistant, and Data Mover. In-depth knowledge and experience with PeopleSoft development tools including Application Designer, People Code, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, SQR, and BI Publisher. Familiarity with Fluid UI development, including configuring navigation, tiles, dashboards, Activity Guides, and managing role-based security. Ability to develop new systems or system modifications and evaluate and recommend application acquisitions.
Experience developing Linux scripts is an asset - (30%)
Knowledge of Oracle database management systems and application database administration - (10%)
Experience in unit testing, supporting system integration testing, and user acceptance testing from a technical perspective.
Experience preparing technical specifications and walking through unit test results with testers and clients - (15%)
