Summary
This contract role is critical in supporting effective communication with eCommerce customers and guiding them through account setup processes to ensure a positive experience with Stevens. The position involves working within both the ERP system and the eCommerce platform to troubleshoot issues and ensure accurate customer account configuration across systems. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams on account setup and maintain direct communication with Stevens customers across Canada.
Responsibilities
Monitor and manage the web support inbox, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries in regard to website functionality, account access, online ordering, product information, and account setup. Serve as the first point of contact for all website-related customer inquiries. Triage requests and coordinate with internal departments including IS, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care teams when necessary, while maintaining ownership of the customer experience, Provide professional, accurate, and customer-focused communication via email, Access customer accounts within Tecys Elite ERP and Magento eCommerce website to investigate and identify root causes, testing reported issues and implement solutions when possible, Monitor trends in customer feedback and website issues, escalating recurring concerns to appropriate teams,
Qualifications
University Degree or College Diploma 2 – 3 years of Customer Service experience Proactive and resourceful attitude and approach Tech-savvy with proficiency in using computers, software applications, and digital tools. Strong communication, organizational and creative problem-solving skills Bilingual (English and French) would be an asset
