Key Responsibilities
• Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle Retail RMS (Retek) and related applications. • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and support Major Incident Management (MIM).

Monitor and support batch processing, job scheduling, and daily operational workflows.

Develop and maintain Oracle Forms & Reports components.

Write and optimize PL/SQL procedures, packages, and database objects.

Develop and maintain Pro*C programs for retail processing workflows.

Support Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) integrations and data flows.

Perform performance tuning and query optimization to improve system efficiency.

Use IBM Tivoli and monitoring tools to track system health and batch performance.

Support problem management activities and implement long-term fixes.

Collaborate with business and technical teams for enhancements and system improvements.

Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles for operational support
