About the role
We are seeking an experienced Ivalua Integration & Configuration Specialist to support the configuration, customization, and integration of the Ivalua platform within a complex enterprise environment. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable procurement and sourcing solutions.
Responsibilities Configure and customize the Ivalua platform based on business and technical requirements. Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Design, develop, and support integrations between Ivalua and enterprise systems using APIs, ETL, and EAI technologies. Create and maintain technical documentation, test plans, and configuration guides. Perform unit, integration, and regression testing. Support data migration activities including data mapping, transformation, validation, and loading. Troubleshoot and resolve configuration, integration, and data-related issues. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders across multiple locations.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring and administering the Ivalua platform. Ivalua L1 Fundamental Configuration Certification. Strong experience with system integrations, including APIs, ETL, and EAI solutions. Advanced SQL skills and database experience. Experience with data migration and data transformation activities. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of procurement and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
Preferred Qualifications Ivalua L2 Certification or higher. Experience integrating Ivalua with SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar ERP platforms. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, message queues, and batch integration frameworks. Experience optimizing integration jobs and supporting enterprise-scale implementations.
