About the Role As our BI Developer, you'll own our reporting and analytics layer. You'll build and maintain Power BI dashboards used daily across operations, revenue, and management, turning raw hospitality data into decisions that move the business forward.

What You'll Do · Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for operations, revenue, and management · Write and optimize SQL queries for analysis and reporting · Design data models and DAX measures to support business logic · Work with stakeholders to turn business questions into clear visuals and metrics · Support and improve existing data processes

What We're Looking For Required: · 2–4 years of Power BI experience (reports, data models, DAX) · Strong SQL skills — complex queries, joins, aggregations · Comfortable working with relational databases · Ability to understand business requirements and model them in data

Nice to Have: · Data modeling experience (star schema, dimensional modeling) · Familiarity with ETL concepts · Experience in hospitality, rental, or property management · Python knowledge
