Junior Implementation Specialist About HR4 HR4 is the all-in-one HR software platform built for dealers. Based in Toronto and serving over 1,000 clients across North America, we power every step of the employee journey, helping automotive dealers transform to build high-performing teams. For over ten years we have helped clients run HR with the consistency, structure, and discipline of a Tier 5 organization, through a clear, repeatable system of work we call the HR4Way. Every client is set up and supported by an Implementation team that believes in the heart of its people and in growing their talent. Position Summary The JR Implementation Specialist is a growth role and a chance to learn HR operations and the HR4 platform from the inside, alongside a dynamic team working to get every dealership onto the Tier 5 track. You will build knowledge by doing: being assigned clients to support, learning the employee lifecycle from recruitment through performance management, and seeing first-hand how HR4 supports the client. The core of the role is supporting the Implementation Consultants as they move clients through the HR4Way process. As you master HR4, you take on more of the setup and quality work, saving the Consultant time so they can focus on micro-learning and change management. It is built for someone early in their career who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. The HR4Way These principles define how we work, and you are expected to model them every day. What You Will Learn The employee lifecycle: recruitment, hiring, onboarding, engagement, training, and performance management, and how HR4 supports the client at each step The Tier 5 organization: the elements that define a Tier 5 dealership and the standards required to get there Dealer culture: how dealerships operate and how HR works within them The HR4 platform: every app you will support and audit, from Hire, Plan, and Forms to Learn and Reports & Analytics The HR4Way process: the standardized methodology Consultants follow to set up and support every client Key Responsibilities Setup Support & Quality The core of the role is supporting the Consultants through each client setup and making sure every setup is ready for the client. Support the Consultants with the activities required to move clients through the HR4Way process Review client employee data, policies, and job descriptions for accuracy and alignment with the HR4Way Audit new setups against the checklist, confirming organization, flow, and completeness before handoff Knowledge Building & Dealer Immersion The best way to build knowledge is by doing the work and getting close to the realities of dealer culture. Be assigned clients to support as the primary way of building knowledge Learn the employee lifecycle, HR operations, and the elements of a Tier 5 organization Spend time experiencing dealer culture and how HR operates within a dealership Reporting & Special Projects Reporting turns activity into insight and keeps our clients engaged. Use the Reports & Analytics app to surface insights across the client network Take on special projects such as re-running reports and bringing recommendations back to the team Help update resources across the client network to keep empowering our clients How We Work Adopt HR4's daily morning and closing routines, which keep the work organized so nothing is missed Maintain Jira as your daily task board so work is visible, tracked, and complete Plan the week in advance, with setup support, audits, and reporting built into your schedule Growth & Development This is a growth role with a clear path. As you master HR4 and the HR4Way, the work expands. Learn HR4's micro-learning training methodology and grow from supporting sessions to delivering them, building presentation and facilitation skills Learn Claude in action within HR4, including how we hold client personas and apply Claude to improve how we work Grow into a contributor who adds real value and advances along the Tier 5 track alongside the team Your Tools Jira: the operational foundation where we manage our clients and the process HR4: the all-in-one system you will come to know inside and out Claude: where we hold our client personas and apply AI to improve how we work Microsoft 365: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams Canva: branded decks, workflows, and visual assets Education & Qualifications University graduate, or college graduate with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience Excelled in school and genuinely enjoyed assignments and research HR experience, or a keen fondness for learning about HR, HR operations, and software Tech-savvy. This is an absolute must, and the interview will focus on it. Fluency in French is an asset, as HR4 has French-speaking clients and our platform must be maintained Who You Are You are early in your career and hungry to learn, and you bring discipline and an eye for detail to everything you touch.
