Restoration Growth is seeking a skilled and experienced Go HighLevel (GHL) Expert to manage, maintain, and enhance our CRM and marketing automation systems. This role is ideal for someone who is highly proficient with GHL, has hands-on experience with complex automation workflows, and is excited about contributing to a fast-growing company in the restoration industry.

You’ll play a crucial role in streamlining our client communication, managing leads, and ensuring our systems support our business goals effectively.

Responsibilities

Set up and customize Go HighLevel CRM for streamlined client and lead management.

Build, test, and optimize automation workflows and pipelines.

Design and implement email and SMS campaigns using GHL.

Incorporate Google Ads tracking into GHL workflows and reporting (you don’t need to manage the ads themselves).

Set up and maintain call tracking systems in GHL; ensure workflows account for clients answering calls directly.

Troubleshoot technical issues, including workflow errors and A2P verification problems.

Ensure all automations function as expected, with clear fallback paths if a call or message goes unanswered.

Train internal tea ---------- mbers or clients on GHL usage as needed.

Continuously recommend improvements to increase efficiency and results.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Go HighLevel (GHL).

Proven ability to create, test, and troubleshoot complex workflows.

Familiarity with A2P registration and SMS deliverability troubleshooting.

Understanding of call tracking best practices and how to implement them in GHL.

Ability to incorporate external tools (e.g., Google Ads) into GHL’s ecosystem for data integration and lead tracking.

Solid understanding of CRM best practices, lead management, and funnel automation.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently and meeting deadlines.

Compensation will be discussed during the interview process and is dependent on your experience and skill set.
