It is a new role in our growing Decision Support function that will contribute to analytical and data mining projects.
You will design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards and develop SQL data solutions to support reporting initiatives.
We are looking for strong foundations, curiosity, and the motivation to learn fast. Experience in a data or reporting function is advantageous. We will consider candidates with data, accounting, finance backgrounds and strong computer science / STEM subject graduates.
Key Responsibilities
Use Power BI to develop actionable visualisations and reports ensuring information is accurate, up to date, and any issues are quickly resolved. Write and optimise SQL queries to extract and transform data Use data from multiple sources to provide financial and statistical insights that support business processes and decision‑making. Maintain and enhance reporting systems and automate reporting processes Explore Meditech systems and data repositories to develop new data models. Keep up to date with new analytics tools and techniques and identify opportunities to use them across the organisation. Promote data use across the business by creating user guides, documentation and delivering training sessions.
Essential
Strong academic background Analytical approach to problem solving and excellent attention to detail Confidence explaining ideas to both technical and non‑technical audiences
