About the role

Our client is a Vancouver-based wealth management firm investing in the platforms that power its advisory practice. They're currently building a modern platform to better support the way their financial advisors work, and they're looking for a Product Manager to help shape it as it comes together.

This is a mid-level role suited to someone with 2-4 years of product management experience who's ready to take real ownership of a platform that's still a work in progress. A big part of the job is Salesforce, it's central to the advisory workflow, and there's real hands-on work to refine its configuration so it better supports how advisors work. Success here is as much about communication and client focus as it is about product sense: you understand that every decision about the platform ultimately shapes the advisor and client experience. You'll report to a Director-level stakeholder.

This is a permanent, full-time role. It's a hybrid arrangement with one day per week onsite at the client's downtown Vancouver office, so we're looking for candidates who are locally based in the Greater Vancouver area.

Responsibilities

Help shape and deliver a platform that's actively being built, partnering with the business to get it right as it takes form. Take a hands-on role with Salesforce, refining and tailoring its configuration to genuinely fit advisor workflows. Keep the advisor and client experience at the center of product decisions, applying an advisor lens to prioritization and improvements. Work through product and platform problems thoughtfully, balancing competing needs and finding practical solutions. Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, keeping the platform's direction understood and aligned across the business.

Mandatory Requirements

2-4 years of product management experience within the financial services industry: you've owned a product or platform and understand what it takes to deliver something that works for the people who depend on it. Hands-on Salesforce experience: you've worked directly in Salesforce and can improve how it's configured to fit real workflows, not just administer it. Proven wealth management or financial services experience: you understand how an advisory business runs and can bring that context to platform decisions. Strong problem-solving skills: you can work through ambiguity, weigh trade-offs, and land on practical solutions. A focus on client experience with an advisor lens: you think about how product decisions land for advisors and, ultimately, their clients. Excellent communication skills: you can explain technical concepts clearly and keep stakeholders aligned.

Nice-to-Have

Hands-on experience with Conquest (financial planning) or similar financial planning tools.
