The proposed resource must meet or exceed the following education and certification requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related discipline
AND Current Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 designation or other industry-recognized project management accreditation.
A minimum of ten (10) years of Project Management experience managing large-scale information technology (IT) projects Clearly demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-year, digital transformational IT system implementation projects through full project lifecycles.Minimum 3 years of experience delivering IT projects within government or public sector environments. A maximum of 3 pages Vendor Response Matrix and 3 pages resume. Submission of more than 6 pages will disqualify application.
Experience working with a large, cross-functional business and technical team (10+ resources) that includes a mix of in-house and external resources and stakeholders. Expertise managing projects with multiple integration points such as financial, mapping, portals and legacy systems. Demonstrated ability to lead effective project team meetings and proactively assign, track and report on project progress Demonstrated experience collaborating with other team leads/ project managers on the same project or program to manage interdependencies and achieve designated delivery targets through that collaboration. Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex project issues and risks to mitigate significant project impacts, which fostered a sense of pride and achievement. Demonstrated expertise in effective interactive communication and presentations, specifically with management/senior-level stakeholders. Experience with Property Assessment Services Direct experience implementing or modernizing property valuation or assessment systems Experience with CAMA (Computer-Assisted Mass Appraisal) systemsExperience with CAMA (Computer-Assisted Mass Appraisal) systems
