Role Description This full-time Salesforce Solutions Consultant role is a hybrid position based in Toronto, ON, with a mix of in-office and work-from-home flexibility. The Salesforce Solutions Consultant will design and implement Salesforce-based solutions, gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into scalable configurations and integrations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting discovery sessions, preparing solution proposals and demos, collaborating with sales and presales teams, and supporting clients through implementation and adoption. The role also involves managing projects, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, troubleshooting issues, and providing best-practice guidance on Salesforce and marketing automation platforms. The consultant will maintain clear documentation, communicate status updates, and contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and methodologies. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to interpret business requirements, assess data, and propose effective Salesforce solutions. Consulting experience, including client-facing work, discovery, solution design, and stakeholder communication. Presales and Sales skills to support demos, RFP responses, and solution presentations that align with client needs. Project Management abilities to plan, prioritize, and deliver Salesforce and marketing automation projects on time and within scope. Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM; exposure to platforms such as Marketo, Pardot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is an asset. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment, collaborate with distributed teams, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Marketing) or equivalent practical experience. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant) are preferred.
