Role Description We are seeking a skilled professional for a contract role based in Toronto, ON, with a hybrid work model that allows flexibility for remote work. In this position, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring project deadlines are met. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, develop innovative solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Regular tasks will include troubleshooting, optimizing applications, and ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
Key Responsibilities Application Development: Code scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
Financial Cloud Management: Customize Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to track financial accounts, rollups, and client relationships.
Banking Integrations: Connect Salesforce with core banking platforms, payment gateways, and credit bureau APIs.
Security & Compliance: Implement strict sharing rules, encryption, and data masking to meet banking regulations
Process Automation: Design automated workflows for loan origination, customer onboarding, and KYC/AML compliance checking.
Data Integrity: Manage complex financial data models, maintaining high data quality across connected banking systems.
Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience. Salesforce Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional Salesforce development experience. Banking Domain Expertise: Minimum 2 years working inside a bank, credit union, or fintech environment. Technical Mastery: Strong proficiency in Apex triggers, asynchronous processing, LWC, and REST/SOAP integrations. Regulatory Awareness: Solid understanding of data security standards and compliance laws specific to financial institutions
