Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Lead to manage and support enterprise infrastructure across on-premises, hybrid cloud, and virtualized environments. The role involves infrastructure operations, security, automation, backup & recovery, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities Manage Windows Server and Linux (RHEL) environments. Administer VMware ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS, vMotion, and Horizon VDI. Deploy and support Azure Stack HCI / Azure Local clusters. Manage SAN storage, backup solutions, disaster recovery, and business continuity. Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and PAM solutions. Support MFT platforms such as MoveIT and Ipswitch SFTP. Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Python, and Bash. Troubleshoot infrastructure, performance, and security issues. Work within ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management. Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, DevOps, and Application teams.
