What you will do:

• Organize, clean, and improve the databases that keep our team moving.
• Build better data structures so client, contract, reporting, and operational information is easy to find and trust.
• Handle user tech requests, troubleshoot bugs, and support fast internal issue resolution.
• Identify repetitive tasks and automate them using scripts, APIs, Power Automate, or other tools.
• Improve workflows across Operations, Accounts, and IT so fewer details fall through the cracks.
• Support our Microsoft ecosystem, including Teams, Power Automate, Graph API, Azure, and Entra.
• Spot system friction before it becomes a bigger issue. Fix fast, document clearly, loop in others when needed.
• Work alongside an energetic office team of 9, including a fellow software engineering operations colleague.

First 90 Days:

• Week 1: Deep dive into our systems, databases, workflows, Microsoft environment, and internal support needs
• Week 2: Practice real database updates, bug troubleshooting, user tech requests, and automation workflows
• Week 3: Take ownership of recurring data cleanup, database organization, and internal support tasks
• Month 3: Improve database architecture, ship useful automations, and help make team workflows faster

What you bring:
