We are actively seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of Deskside Support Engineer for a U.S. International Development Financial Corporation program.

Job Summary

The Deskside Support Engineer will provide onsite deskside support at NYC location. Deskside support includes break/fix, device setup, peripherals support, and hands-on troubleshooting that cannot be completed remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain local stock of standard peripherals and coordinate swap devices per DFC policy Support LAN closet access coordination for basic connectivity troubleshooting in collaboration with Network Operations Coordinate with DFC facilities/security for onsite access and after-hours needs as authorized

Required Qualifications

U.S. Citizen Capable of advanced troubleshooting and coordination with Tier III teams.
