About the role
- You’ll work directly under the Senior Director of Marketing to design, build, and operate the AI-native marketing and data infrastructure that powers TrustFlight’s go-to-market
- You’ll sit at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Operations, building the systems and data pipelines that connect these teams and make them faster
- Your job is to build the underlying infrastructure, tooling, and data intelligence that amplifies demand gen efforts, not to run campaigns yourself
- This is a hands-on, build-it-yourself role. If you want to get your hands dirty with AI agents, marketing automation, data enrichment, and pipeline infrastructure in an industry that actually matters, and grow fast by proving what you can deliver, read on
- Systems and Automation:
- Build AI-native marketing workflows under the Senior Director of Marketing’s direction: lead scoring, content generation, campaign orchestration, attribution, and reporting using agentic systems
- Own the marketing technology stack day-to-day: HubSpot configuration, integrations, workflow automation, and optimisation
- Build and maintain the infrastructure that supports the Demand Generation Manager’s campaigns: automation, segmentation, tracking, and reporting
- Stand up marketing dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into funnel performance and campaign ROI
- Cross-Functional Interface:
- Sales: Align on ICP definitions, lead handoff criteria, and feedback loops between marketing-sourced leads and sales outcomes
- Revenue Operations: Collaborate on shared pipeline definitions, reporting standards, and CRM architecture
- Product: Translate product releases, roadmap updates, and feature positioning into GTM-ready assets and enablement materials
- Customer Operations: Support customer marketing motions including expansion campaigns, adoption content, and renewal enablement
- Demand Generation Manager: Provide the systems, data, and tooling that make demand gen programmes scalable and measurable
- Grow With the Function:
- Take on increasing scope and responsibility as you prove impact
- Contribute to GTM strategy with data-backed recommendations and earn your seat at the table
- Help shape the marketing function as it scales, with a pathway to a senior role for the right person
- What This Role Is - and Isn’t:
- It is:
- A high-output, hands-on building role with direct access to executive leadership
- A real growth opportunity. Deliver results and your scope will expand quickly
- This isn’t a role where you’ll be siloed into one function. You’ll build the systems that underpin all of these disciplines, and learn how they work from practitioners who’ve been doing it for years. The AI and automation skills you bring are the accelerant. The marketing fundamentals you’ll develop here are what will make you a leader long-term
- What You’ll Learn
- You’ll be joining a marketing leadership team with deep experience across the full spectrum of B2B marketing. As you grow in this role, you’ll get hands-on exposure to disciplines that will round you out as a complete marketing professional:
- Event Marketing: Trade shows, conferences, and hosted events in a global aerospace market
- Content Marketing: Long-form thought leadership, technical content, community development, and multi-brand editorial strategy
- Brand and Positioning: Managing a multi-brand architecture across four capability pillars with distinct audiences
- Enterprise Sales Enablement: Building materials and programmes that support complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Customer Marketing: Expansion, adoption, and renewal motions that drive net revenue retention
- International Marketing: Executing across 120+ countries with varying regulatory environments and buyer behaviours
- At the same time, you’ll be building the GTM engine for a platform serving 1,600+ organisations in one of the most safety-critical industries globally
- The market position is strong, the technology is proven, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact from day one is real
- If you’re looking to build AI-powered GTM systems and scalable data infrastructure—rather than manage manual processes—this is a role where your work will genuinely matter
- This is an on-site role with room for flexibility, because we know life doesn’t always fit a 9-to-5 mold
Benefits
- Excellent holidays: We offer a generous holiday allowance to support your well-being — giving you the space to rest, recharge, and bring your best self to work. In addition, take your birthday off on us if you would like to celebrate!
- Healthcare cover for all: It is important to us that we all work in an environment that is supportive of health and wellbeing; healthcare cover for all our people protects your health, dental and ophthalmic requirements to support you physically and mentally.
- Training and development: Our personal training allowance allows everyone to enhance their skills and knowledge. The funds can be used towards attending a conference, joining a professional body, completing a course or purchasing online resources.
- Company pension: Our generous company contribution to your pension is greater than the local requirements and over time you can plan effectively for your future with our matching contribution scheme.- We’re not hiring for a traditional marketing role. We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist, AI: someone early in their career who already thinks in systems, builds with AI, and would rather automate a workflow than do it manually twice
- Data-oriented mindset. You care about clean data, accurate attribution, and ICP precision as much as creative output
- Coachable and low-ego, with a desire to learn from experienced leadership while building quickly
- Experience with or strong willingness to learn HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or Ops Hub)
- Experience with agentic software development IDEs (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code, Codex)
- You’ve actually built things with AI: agents, automated workflows, AI-assisted content pipelines, data enrichment systems, or analytics tools. Side projects and personal builds count. “I use ChatGPT” does not
- 1-3 years in a marketing ops, growth, RevOps, or GTM role, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology
- Ability to work across teams without friction. You’ll interface with Sales, Rev Ops, Product, Customer Ops, and Demand Gen daily
- Technical comfort. You’re not afraid of APIs, CRM configuration, data pipelines, or light scripting (Python, n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar)
- Strong execution and follow-through. You ship, you measure, you iterate
- Experience building lead lists, ICP frameworks, or account-based targeting systems
- Hands-on HubSpot experience (workflows, custom properties, reporting, integrations)
- Familiarity with data enrichment tools (Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, or similar)
- Experience marketing to senior buyers (C-suite, VP-level) in enterprise sales cycles
- Familiarity with aviation, aerospace, defence, or regulated industries
- A portfolio or examples of systems/automations you’ve built (personal or professional)
