• Be based in a PC, with opportunity to travel in the Rockies/Prairies Provinces.
• Be one of the go-to people for operational and business support, specifically specializing in Prophet 21 operations.

Do you have what we’re looking for?

• Work experience and studies that demonstrate your ability to support our teams in P21, Docstar and Workday.
• Excellent knowledge of P21 and operational procedures.
• Strong in using advanced functions of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to establish relationships with people, strong desire to help, understand obstacles, and provide efficient solutions.
• Highly adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and with unexpected challenges. Strong sense of resourcefulness.

Challenges awaiting you:

• Take the necessary initiatives to support the operations of the region and your fellow operations team members.
• Spa claim and credit management on behalf of our regional locations.
• AVI customer rebate management on behalf of our regional locations.
• Be the point of contact that makes a difference.
• Collaborate with national operations teams for support and improvements
• Other projects as assigned.
