• Build cross-platform mobile applications using React Native, ensuring modular, extensible, and maintainable architecture
• Modernize and refactor existing application features to enhance performance, scalability, and future-proofing by leveraging performance metrics and error monitoring platforms
• Partner closely with product and design stakeholders to create high-performance, user-friendly features with strong visual appeal
• Establish and maintain robust testing frameworks, reliability standards, and streamlined release processes as well as collaborate with QA to ensure testing coverage
• Guide and develop fellow engineers while fostering an environment focused on high-quality code, creative solutions, and ongoing skill development
• Create and maintain clear process documentation as well as contribute to development and design guidelines
• Research emerging technologies and best practices within the React Native ecosystem; present findings to the team and influence design and technical decisions
• Champion user experience across the product lifecycle, ensuring designs translate seamlessly into practical, engaging solutions
