SAP Data Conversion Lead

Level: Mid/Senior Consultant Start Date: ASAP Duration: 12-18 months Hours: Full-time 40/hrs /week Location: Hybrid - Toronto/GTA Travel - N/A Languages: English Rate: $90-120/hr

Own the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data conversion strategy, including legacy data assessment, cleansing, transformation, validation, loading and cutover planning. Lead data conversion activities across multiple end-to-end business processes, including Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Acquire to Retire, Design to Sustain, Issue to Complete. Define and govern data standards, reconciliation processes, and data quality controls. Partner closely with SAP functional leads, technical teams, testing teams, and client stakeholders. Support test cycles, mock conversions, and final cutover activities. Act as the primary escalation point for data-related issues and risks.

Here's what you need:

Minimum 8 years of experience leading SAP S/4HANA data conversion and migration for large-scale ERP transformations. Experience with Syniti ADMM SAP MDM expertise Strong understanding of data governance, reconciliation, and validation in regulated environments. Experience working with on-prem S/4 implementations with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex dependencies.
