Job Description Seeking an experienced Spark Scala Developer with expertise in building scalable big data and distributed data processing applications using Apache Spark and Scala. The role focuses on developing high-performance data pipelines, Spark applications, and backend services within Hadoop-based environments.
Key Responsibilities • Design and develop scalable Spark applications using Scala. • Build and optimize distributed data processing pipelines using Spark Core, SQL, DataFrames, and Datasets. • Develop maintainable, efficient, and well-tested code. • Write Spring Boot web services and optimize SQL queries. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions. • Support CI/CD processes, code versioning, and deployment activities. • Work within Hadoop ecosystem environments and enterprise data platforms.
Must-Have Skills • Strong expertise in Scala and Java. • Hands-on experience with Apache Spark (Core, SQL, DataFrames, Datasets). • Experience with Hadoop ecosystem technologies. • Knowledge of Maven, Git, and CI/CD practices. • Experience with Spring Boot and SQL query development. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
