Top Skills Required: Demonstrated advanced experience in data analytics, automation, or continuous monitoring within an audit, risk, or technology assurance context. Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable analytics solutions, not only execute analyses. Proven experience leading by influence, including coaching senior professionals without direct authority. Strong understanding of risks, controls, and audit methodologies. Experience establishing analytics governance, standards, and quality controls. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including senior management.
