Roles and Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Architecture and Engineering Leader to drive technology strategy, architecture governance, and digital transformation initiatives across Finance and Reinsurance platforms. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, Oracle Finance solutions, data platforms, and modern engineering practices.
This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic planning and stakeholder management to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative business solutions.
Core Technical Skills
Software architecture & system design (scalable, resilient, distributed systems) API & microservices architecture Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP SaaS-based solution design AI/ML concepts and frameworks Strong programming expertise: Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Angular Databases: SQL & NoSQL Data platforms: Databricks, Python, Informatica IICS (CAI & CDI) DevSecOps practices & observability tools
Domain & Platform Expertise
Oracle ecosystem: Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle EPM, Oracle FDI IFRS17 implementation (e.g., SAS IFRS17 or equivalent solutions) Finance & Reinsurance domain knowledge
Engineering Leadership & Strategy
Technology roadmap ownership & architectural governance Strategic thinking with business alignment Driving innovation, efficiency, and time-to-market improvements Cross-team technical leadership and collaboration Establishing engineering frameworks, APIs, and reusable toolkits
Delivery & Engineering Excellence
Hands-on coding and technical problem-solving Platform performance, scalability, and reliability optimisation Defining and enforcing engineering best practices Continuous improvement mindset and process optimisation
Leadership & Influence
Mentoring and developing engineering talent Acting as a technical authority / trusted advisor Building and contributing to engineering communities Stakeholder management across business and technology teams

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 - $140,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
