Our partner is looking for a Analyste QA senior & Analyste d’affaires, support en production based in Canada. This dual-role position offers a unique opportunity to contribute across both quality assurance and production support within large-scale, client-facing SaaS environments in the healthcare technology space. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and quality of integrated administrative solutions used by major public sector clients. Accountabilities You will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end quality and operational stability across enterprise SaaS solutions while also supporting business analysis and client production needs. In paragraph format, your responsibilities will include: Designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases (positive and negative scenarios) based on functional and technical requirements. Collaborating with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to define testing scope, validate requirements, and identify system impacts. Executing manual and structured testing cycles, tracking defects, prioritizing issues, and ensuring resolution alignment with project timelines. Contributing to production support by analyzing client requests, documenting business needs, and managing the full lifecycle of change requests. Supporting root cause analysis, maintaining system documentation, and ensuring high-quality client communications across all touchpoints. Acting as a QA reference point by mentoring junior testers and contributing to continuous improvement of QA standards and processes. Participating in production stability efforts, client training, and occasional on-site or remote client support activities. Requirements This role requires strong experience in software quality assurance combined with business analysis capabilities in complex SaaS environments. In paragraph format, your profile should include: 5+ years of experience in software QA, including at least 2 years in a senior-level role. A degree in IT, business administration, actuarial science, mathematics, or a related field. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, defect management, and software development lifecycles. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and client stakeholders. Ability to translate business requirements into structured test scenarios and actionable documentation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesis skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach. Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) and the ability to operate in client-facing environments. Familiarity with SaaS platforms, Microsoft Office tools, and production support processes.
