Ivalua Integration & Configuration Specialist
About the role
Responsible for the configuration, customization, and integration of the Ivalua platform with other systems. This hands-on role focuses on translating business requirements into robust Ivalua configurations and seamless integrations with internal and external systems.

• Salaried: $64-74 per hour. • Incorporated Business Rate: $76-86 per hour. • 12-month contract. • Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week. • Weekday daytime schedule. • Hybrid work with 3 days per week in the office.
Responsibilities: • Configure and customize the Ivalua platform according to functional and technical requirements. • Collaborate with team members and internal clients to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Design, implement, and maintain integrations between Ivalua and other enterprise systems using EAI, ETL, and API-based approaches. • Develop and maintain configuration documentation, technical design documents, and test scripts. • Provide technical guidance and expertise on best practices for configuring and integrating the Ivalua platform. • Conduct unit, integration, and regression testing to ensure stable and effective Ivalua operations and interfaces. • Assist with data migration activities, including data mapping, transformation, and loading between source systems and Ivalua. • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and integration issues, coordinating with cross-functional and vendor teams as needed.
What you will need to succeed: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience configuring and managing the Ivalua platform. • Ivalua L1 Fundamental Configuration Certification. • Strong experience with integrations (EAI/ETL/API), including designing and supporting data flows between enterprise applications. • Advanced knowledge of SQL (writing and optimizing queries), ETL processes, and database management. • Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Ability to work effectively with remote teams and stakeholders across different geographic locations. • Knowledge of procurement processes and procurement software solutions. • Ivalua L2 and above configuration certifications – preferred skill • Experience integrating Ivalua with ERP, finance, and procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar) – preferred skill • Familiarity with web services and API technologies (REST/SOAP), message queues, and batch integration frameworks – preferred skill • Experience with data migration projects and performance optimization of integration jobs. – preferred skill
