Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Banking Technology professional with 15+ years of industry experience in production support, application management, and delivery of large-scale banking projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in managing multiple banking applications across diverse technology stacks and possess deep domain knowledge in banking operations and systems.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage production support activities for complex banking applications. Oversee multiple applications and technology platforms within the banking ecosystem. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure application stability, performance, and continuous improvement. Drive Agile/Scrum practices and support data-driven decision-making processes. Provide technical leadership and guidance for development, deployment, and operational support activities. Analyze and resolve complex technical and business issues with minimal supervision.
Required Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Core Java, Microservices, and Web Services. Experience with Database Management Systems including Oracle, MongoDB, and SQL Server. Familiarity with UI technologies such as Bootstrap, jQuery, CSS, Angular, and React. Understanding of BPM, BPMN, and workflow management systems. Experience with Mainframe technologies and Systematics applications (XIM, XST, XGN, etc.). Knowledge of CI/CD and cloud pipeline technologies including AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, Ansible, and GitHub. Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace. Strong understanding of operating systems, development environments, deployment processes, and application ecosystems.
