As a Senior NetSuite Finance Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving finance systems transformation and operational excellence within a fast-growing, technology-driven environment. Accountabilities: Administer, configure, and enhance NetSuite financial modules to improve system performance, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiency. Lead finance systems initiatives, including system upgrades, enhancements, implementations, migrations, and process optimization projects. Translate accounting and business requirements into scalable automation workflows and technical solutions, partnering closely with engineering and data teams. Design, execute, and oversee testing, quality assurance, implementation activities, and post-deployment support for finance systems projects. Drive improvements to financial reporting processes, including automated journal entries, reconciliations, and data workflows that support faster and more accurate financial close cycles. Serve as a key resource for finance systems support, troubleshooting system issues, resolving data discrepancies, and maintaining operational continuity. Evaluate existing systems, processes, and controls to identify opportunities for optimization, efficiency gains, and risk mitigation. Manage and maintain the finance systems automation roadmap while coordinating with external vendors and implementation partners. Provide user support, training, access management, and ongoing guidance to stakeholders across finance and accounting functions. Maintain comprehensive system documentation to support governance, compliance, audit requirements, and business continuity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure finance systems evolve in alignment with organizational growth and strategic objectives. Requirements Advanced experience administering, configuring, and supporting NetSuite financial modules within complex business environments. 3–5 years of experience managing finance systems, including ERP implementations, upgrades, enhancements, or optimization initiatives. Strong expertise in improving and automating finance processes through workflows, integrations, reporting solutions, and system enhancements. Proficiency in analyzing large datasets and working with tools such as Excel, SQL, and cloud-based data warehouses. Experience leveraging business intelligence and reporting platforms to support financial analysis and decision-making. Strong understanding of accounting processes, financial reporting requirements, and system controls. Proven ability to collaborate with engineering and technical teams to design and implement data integrations and workflow automation solutions. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with finance technologies such as NetSuite, Snowflake, Avalara, Ramp, Cube, Workiva, SAP, or similar platforms is highly desirable. Familiarity with AI-powered tools, workflow automation platforms, or emerging finance technologies is considered an asset. CPA designation or progress toward CPA certification is a plus.
