Job Description The House of Commons’ Digital Services and Real Property is currently looking to staff the IT Product Delivery Operations Junior Analyst position.
This position requires on-site presence four (4) days per week.
As an IT Product Delivery Operations Junior Analyst, you will contribute to the delivery, administration and ongoing support of Identity and Access Management (IAM) services within a complex enterprise environment. Working under technical guidance, you will support the operation of Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and Exchange environments, helping ensure secure and reliable access to technology services. You will participate in access provisioning, incident and service request management, deployment activities, operational maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives that contribute to the stability, security and overall health of IAM services. Through collaboration with clients, vendors and technical teams, you will play an important role in delivering secure and dependable digital services across the organization.

Qualifications Education : Graduation from a college or technical institute in the area of information technology or other related fields, or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience in the field of technology.
Experiences : Note: A work term, co-op, or internship may also be considered as experience Experience supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) services in an enterprise IT environment; Experience administering Microsoft Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID, including user, group and access management; Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Exchange environments (online and/or on-premises); Experience implementing access provisioning activities and fulfilling service requests in accordance with established procedures and security practices; Experience investigating, troubleshooting and resolving identity, authentication or access-related issues; Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles, including authentication, authorization, access provisioning and account lifecycle management.
