Overview
Our team serves as the central marketing enablement hub, connecting internal stakeholders with customers and prospects across Email, Direct Mail, Door-to-Door, SMS, Addressable Media, and Outbound Telemarketing. We execute and govern 50+ campaigns weekly, ensuring accuracy, compliance with data and contact governance, alignment with creative logic, and robust post-campaign reporting for leadership visibility.
This role is critical to the migration and modernization of Adobe Campaign from V7 to V8, ensuring the marketing data platform remains secure, performant, and scalable in a cloud-based environment.
Role Summary
The Analytics Lead / Adobe V8 Migration Specialist is an experienced professional with deep expertise in Adobe Campaign Classic, V7-to-V8 migrations, and data-driven campaign execution. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills (SQL, data modeling, automation) with the ability to partner effectively with business, product, and Martech stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Adobe Migration & Platform Enablement
- Lead and support Adobe Campaign Classic V7 V8 migration, including system upgrades, data migration, validation, and performance optimization.
- Plan, implement, and manage data and database migrations, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Collaborate closely with technical architects and developers to ensure seamless migration planning and execution.
Analytics & Data Management
- Perform advanced SQL-based data analysis, modeling, and performance tuning.
- Support data ingestion, transformation, and curation use cases in a cloud-based environment (e.g., GCP).
- Develop automation and creative workarounds using SQL and Python.
Business & Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner with client stakeholders, product managers, and developers to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business objectives into Agile Epics and User Stories, and actively support backlog grooming.
- Manage business and Martech stakeholders to ensure reliability, innovation, and high delivery quality.
Campaign Execution & Governance
- Provide hands-on expertise for campaign builds, QA, and deployments across all channels.
- Ensure strict adherence to compliance and governance controls, including suppression logic, frequency rules, and contact policies.
- Maintain accurate audience logic and data dependencies to prevent mis-targeting or duplicate messaging.
Impact & Risk Mitigation
This role is essential to preventing:
- Compliance exposure due to unenforceable governance controls.
- Measurement breakdowns, including loss of holdouts, control groups, and ROI/incrementality tracking.
- Customer experience issues caused by inaccurate targeting or duplicate communications.
- Cross-channel data disconnects, ensuring foundational datasets feeding Email, Direct Mail, SMS, Addressable, and Telemarketing are properly prepared and refreshed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience with Adobe Campaign Classic, including V7 and V8.
- Demonstrated success leading Adobe platform migrations and upgrades.
- Advanced SQL skills; strong experience with data modeling and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in Python for automation and analytical workflows.
- Deep understanding of B2C data dependencies and campaign logic.
- Strong background in marketing data platforms, analytics, and cloud environments (e.g., GCP).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $37.37/hour - $58.39/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
