About the role
A career as a Senior Croesus+ Advisor within the Wealth Management Solutions team at National Bank means acting as a subject-matter expert for the Croesus+ platform. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the evolution of portfolio management practices by leveraging your expertise in wealth management, user support, and technology solution optimization. Your Role
Develop and implement training programs, learning content, and educational tools that promote the adoption and optimal use of the Croesus+ platform.
Support portfolio managers in their use of the platform and advise them on best practices in portfolio management and model management.
Provide specialized support to the network, analyze requests, coordinate issue resolution, and maintain a high-quality user experience.
Identify improvement opportunities, anticipate operational impacts, and recommend solutions to optimize processes and platform utilization.
Test and coordinate the deployment of new functionalities, including the development of communication, training, and change management plans.
Monitor performance indicators related to Croesus+ usage and contribute to the evolution of practices and tools supporting portfolio management activities.
Your Team As part of the Wealth Management Solutions Vice-Presidency, you will join a team of experts who support advisors, portfolio managers, and wealth management professionals across Canada in the use of strategic technology solutions. You will report to the Chief Portfolio Manager. Our team stands out for its deep industry expertise, close partnership with the business, collaborative approach, and ongoing commitment to enhancing the solutions offered to our internal clients. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and five years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree and three years of relevant experience, or a university certificate and seven years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of portfolio management best practices, including model management and trading activities.
Solid understanding of the wealth management industry and investment products.
Proficiency with technology tools used in a portfolio management environment.
Experience in training, coaching, or providing support to end users.
Knowledge of the Croesus+ platform. Additional Languages: French, English Reason to require this language: you will need to serve clients who speak a language other than French regularly.
