About the role

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Partner Success Operations Specialist based in Canada. This is a detail-oriented, impact-driven operations role supporting the Partner Success team in delivering a seamless experience to nonprofit partners across onboarding, engagement, and lifecycle management. You will play a key role in ensuring that internal systems, workflows, and automations run smoothly and efficiently, directly contributing to the success of partner-facing teams. The role combines operational execution, process optimization, and data integrity within a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will collaborate closely with partner success managers and cross-functional stakeholders to improve workflows, resolve issues, and enhance scalability. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you will help refine onboarding processes, automate key milestones, and support product configuration needs. Accountabilities: Manage and execute time-sensitive Partner Success operational workflows, including onboarding, handoffs, renewals, upsells, downsells, and partner configurations. Support and optimize onboarding processes to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for new nonprofit partners. Build, maintain, and improve automated workflows within customer success systems to support partner lifecycle management. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve operational or configuration errors impacting partners or internal teams. Provision and update partner-facing product configurations and ensure accurate, timely delivery of services. Respond to internal requests from Partner Success team members and provide operational support as needed. Maintain and improve process documentation, training materials, and internal knowledge resources. Support data accuracy and integrity across systems to enable informed business decisions and reporting. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in SaaS customer success operations, revenue operations, or similar roles involving workflow automation. Experience building and managing automated workflows in customer success or CRM platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with tools such as ChurnZero, Salesforce, ClickUp, or similar platforms is an asset. Familiarity with APIs, data integrations, or onboarding processes is a plus. Interest in or exposure to the nonprofit or social impact sector is an advantage. Benefits: Flexible part-time contract role (approximately 20–25 hours per week).
