Key Responsibilities Collect, organise, and analyse business data from multiple sources. Identify trends, patterns, and key insights to support business decisions. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders. Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics. Assist in forecasting, business planning, and performance analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements. Develop and maintain reports using Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools. Support process improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reports. Stay updated with the latest business analytics tools and best practices.
Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Familiarity with SQL is preferred. Basic understanding of data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio. Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is an added advantage. Good understanding of business processes and performance metrics. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
