Must Have Skills: • 7+ years of professional C# .NET development experience • Strong technical expertise is required for this role, including experience with optimizing software performance and reducing latency • Familiar with the FIX protocol • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills; eager to ask questions; able to clearly explain ideas • Strong collaborative and team skills • Strong multi-threaded programming skills • Strong understanding of financial markets and electronic trading systems Nice to Have Skills: • BA/BS degree in Computer Science • Familiar with Broadway FX • Familiar with Java • Former FI exp .
