About The Role
The Supply Chain Analyst at Belron Canada plays a vital role within our operational framework, providing analytical support to optimize our supply chain and distribution processes. Reporting to the Manager of Business Solutions, this role involves collecting, analyzing, and transforming complex operational data into insightful reports and dashboards that inform strategic decision-making. The analyst collaborates closely with various departments, including logistics, procurement, and distribution, to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in advanced data tools, and excellent communication skills to present findings clearly to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about leveraging data to drive operational efficiency and improve customer service outcomes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Between 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in supply chain analytics or a similar role. Bilingual proficiency in French and English is essential. Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices. Advanced skills in Excel, including Power Query, Power Pivot, dashboards, and SQL. Experience with Power BI for report development and data visualization. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities
Perform detailed analyses related to supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains. Collect, consolidate, and validate operational data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability. Develop and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to relevant stakeholders within designated timelines. Collaborate with internal teams to understand business drivers and define analytical requirements for comprehensive reporting. Maintain and update existing Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models to reflect current operational needs. Support supply chain and distribution teams with ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests. Assist in data entry, maintenance, and system updates to uphold data integrity across platforms. Identify trends and provide actionable insights to enhance supply chain performance and customer satisfaction.
