About the role

We are seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud Product Owner to lead critical financial systems integration and ERP optimization projects for our client. This isn't a "maintenance" role; we need an ERP expert to spearhead specific initiatives that will seamlessly integrate corporate acquisitions and ensure our financial systems are robust, scalable, and fully aligned with our strategic goals. This is a pivotal role for a professional who thrives in a project-led environment and can provide strategic oversight to our ERP team. Key Project-Based Responsibilities Post-Acquisition System Integration: Lead the financial system integration process during corporate acquisitions, ensuring accurate data migration and system harmonization across GL, HCM, and Fixed Assets. ERP Blueprinting & Configuration: Partner with Finance and IT teams to define system specifications, gather complex business requirements, and design detailed implementation blueprints for core Oracle Fusion Cloud modules. Bill 52-109 Control Framework: Develop and refine strict control protocols for financial systems to ensure compliance; oversee the implementation and review of Bill 52-109 financial controls and interface directly with internal/external auditors. Workflow Optimization & Automation: Analyze existing financial workflows to identify opportunities for optimization, enhancement, or automation, ensuring the architecture supports future corporate growth and scalability. Release Management & Support: Stay current with the latest Oracle Fusion Cloud releases, features, and patches to recommend strategic adoptions, while overseeing day-to-day operations and resolving advanced technical bottlenecks. Training & Documentation Deployment: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation covering system configurations and standard operating procedures, and develop tailored training programs designed for post-acquisition integrations. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. (A CPA designation or Oracle Certified Professional status is a strong asset). Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud, with a profound focus on General Ledger (GL), Intercompany transactions, HCM, and Fixed Assets modules. Proven track record of leading large-scale ERP implementations and post-acquisition financial system integration. Soft Skills A "hands-on" leader who can zoom out for strategy but zoom in for technical troubleshooting. You possess advanced analytical and troubleshooting capabilities, superb interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with diverse cross-functional business units, and the ability to operate effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member.
