Title and Summary Senior Analyst, Global Public Sector, Urban Mobility Overview The Global Urban Mobility team is looking for a Senior Analyst for the Americas region (North American, Latin America and the Caribbean), to support the successful deployment, upgrade, and ongoing optimization of Mastercard’s Global Urban Mobility solutions, services, and markets. This role is primarily customer‑facing, partnering closely with clients, agencies, and system integrators, while maintaining deep internal connections across global product teams, regional market experts, and internal country stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strong technical implementation expertise in the Global Urban Mobility domain with the ability to coordinate complex, multi‑market deployments and drive consistent, high‑quality execution. Role • Serve as a technical implementation lead supporting urban mobility customer deployments and upgrades across the Americas market. • Act as the primary technical liaison between customers, agencies, system integrators, and internal Mastercard product and regional teams. • Support localized market deployments by coordinating technical requirements, resolving product constraints, and escalating issues as needed. • Provide hands‑on support for reporting, deployment readiness, and post‑implementation stabilization activities. • Partner with global product and mobility solution teams to ensure consistent application of core product capabilities across regions. • Help prioritize implementation and support requests using defined frameworks to balance regional and global needs. • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring deployment challenges and informing product and process enhancements. All About You Essential knowledge, skills, and experience: • Advanced understanding of technical solution implementation, deployment lifecycles, and system integration concepts. • Proven ability to work directly with customers and external partners in complex, multi market environments. • Strong collaboration skills with internal and external product, engineering, and regional market teams. • Experience translating technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for diverse stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high delivery standards. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder updates and reporting. Desirable or additional capabilities • Experience supporting payment, urban mobility, and platform‑based technology solutions. • Familiarity with payment product deployments across different regulatory environments. • Comfort operating in a global, matrixed organization with distributed teams.
