As a Software Engineering Co-op, you’ll gain hands-on experience developing applications and systems that support business and customer solutions. You’ll work with modern development tools and frameworks to build scalable, high-quality software while contributing to the full software development lifecycle. We offer multiple roles within this program, providing support from our diverse, passionate, and talented technology teams. You'll receive guidance from skilled technical leaders who value your teamwork and coordination abilities, and gain exposure to industry-leading, enterprise technologies.
We are currently looking for highly motivated students to join us in our Waterloo, Ontario, CAN office for a 4-month co-op, running from September 1st – December 18th 2026. This is a hybrid position, where you are expected to be in the office Tuesday-Thursday, with the opportunity to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
Position Responsibilities:
- Contribute to a team of engineers focused on building scalable, reliable applications
- Support application development, testing, and debugging efforts
- Assist in feature development and system enhancements
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams to build user-focused solutions
- Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards Support deployment, monitoring, and ongoing application maintenance
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Go, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, Bitbucket) Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to software frameworks, libraries, or development tools
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices Familiarity with APIs, web services, or application architecture

Please note the salary range is expected to be between $52,650 USD to $70,200 CAN.
The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. The annual salary will be pro-rated based on the length of the work-term
