As the Senior PeopleSoft Developer, you will lead the design, development, and enhancement of PeopleSoft applications, ensuring robust batch processing and optimal system performance. This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership in complex projects, and proactive support to maintain application reliability and efficiency. How you'll succeed Lead the development and implementation of advanced PeopleSoft enhancements, integrations, and customizations. Oversee batch processing operations, optimize performance, and resolve critical issues. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Analyze business requirements, architect solutions, and drive end-to-end project delivery. Manage application support, incident resolution, and root cause analysis. Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless application operation. Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning activities. Who you are You can demonstrate experience in: 7–12 years of experience in PeopleSoft development, support, and enhancement. Expert knowledge of PeopleSoft modules, tools (App Designer, SQR, PeopleCode), integration technologies, and batch processing. Strong experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and relational database management. Proven track record in troubleshooting, performance optimization, and incident management. Leadership experience in project delivery and mentoring team members. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. You give meaning to data.
