Total Experience: 8-10 years Role Description: • 5 years in infrastructure platform engineering • Hands-on experience with OpenShift. Kubernetes cluster design and operations • OpenShift Virtualization (or KubeVirt-based solutions) • Experience delivering production-grade cluster platforms at scale Required Skill Set: • Core Platform Red Hat OpenShift (cluster build, operations, upgrades) • Kubernetes architecture (control plane, worker nodes, scheduling) Networking (Critical) • Strong knowledge of o TCPIP, routing, switching, firewalls o SDN (OVN, NSX, or equivalent) • Experience with o Network segmentation and zoning models o Load balancing, Ingress, Routes, and service exposure Automation (Critical) • Ansible AAP (strong preference) Infrastructure as Code (GitOps, pipelines) Scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) Virtualization OpenShift Virtualization KubeVirt Migration from VMware or legacy virtualization platforms
