About the role

Description Join our team and what we'll accomplish together   Join the Prepaid Mobility team and help drive growth across Canada's dynamic prepaid market!   We're looking for a Product Specialist to join our Prepaid team, where you'll be instrumental in go-to-market execution, managing competitive positioning, and driving customer acquisition across our Koodo and Public Mobile prepaid brands. Our team is agile, data-driven, and committed to delivering exceptional value to our customers.   In this role, you'll own the day-to-day execution of pricing and promotional initiatives, monitor competitive activity to inform strategic decisions, and coordinate go-to-market campaigns across multiple channels. You'll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Digital, Channel and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless delivery of acquisition and promotional programs. This is a high-impact position where your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts directly contributes to the success of our prepaid portfolio.   What you'll do   As a Product Specialist, you'll be responsible for:  

Monitoring and documenting competitive activity and market trends to inform pricing and promotional strategies

Executing pricing launches and promotional campaigns end-to-end across multiple channels, from planning through go-to-market deployment

Ensuring quality across all customer-facing channels through testing and validation of digital experiences

Coordinating cross-functional communications between Marketing, Digital, Channel and Customer Experience teams

Supporting campaign execution and lifecycle to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness

Identifying process improvements and streamlining go-to-market workflows for greater efficiency

Ability to plan and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines

Excellent attention to detail and comfortable working through ambiguity, creating structure along the way

Great people skills to collaborate with team members with diverse backgrounds

Proven ability to question the status quo and find better ways to get things done

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tell the high level story while providing meaningful updates along the way

A collaborative mindset with strong cross-functional relationship-building skills

Understanding of prepaid telecom business models and customer acquisition drivers

  Great-to-haves  

Experience in the telecom or another customer-centric industry

Understanding of customer acquisition drivers

Prior experience with pricing strategy, product launches, or promotional campaigns

Knowledge of digital marketing, web platforms, or e-commerce environments

Analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Jira and analytics dashboards
