About the Opportunity Our client is seeking enthusiastic, detail-oriented Data Analytics Interns to join their remote team across Canada. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and organise data from multiple sources. Analyse datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights. Create interactive dashboards and reports using data visualisation tools. Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to support business decisions. Assist in preparing presentations and analytical reports for stakeholders. Write and optimise SQL queries for data extraction and reporting. Work with spreadsheets and business intelligence tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real-world business challenges. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reports. Stay updated with the latest data analytics tools and industry best practices.
Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Familiarity with SQL for data querying. Basic understanding of data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio. Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus. Understanding of statistics and data analysis concepts. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently in a remote, multicultural environment. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
