Sales Process Manager (Salesforce) – Logistics Fuze Logistics Services is a next generation 3PL headquartered in Montreal, with offices across North America, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and decades of industry expertise to facilitate the transport of freight globally. Role Overview The Sales Process Manager will focus on prospecting efficiency through sales cadence and organization through Salesforce; driving targeted campaigns as prescribed by sales leadership (industry performance, customer fit, lanes, modes, seasonality, geopolitical etc. etc); providing activity visibility to leadership – to assist leaders in developing their staff; and reporting results on sales initiatives. Key Deliverables: Collaborate with sales leadership on the sales prospecting strategy Develop and maintain the sales prospecting process and tools (Salesforce) including (but not limited to) prospect sourcing, cadence programs, opportunities, pipeline, campaigns and client conversions. Collaborate with sales on the development and execution of sales campaigns Measure prospecting activity and results Ensure that the data relationships between Leads, Prospects and Customers are rigid Salesforce sales training Oversee the Salesforce tool Oversee client and prospect transfers per the established guidelines Engage with Salesforce developers, as required Engage with BI for advance reporting needs and enhancement Continuous data quality management

Qualifications: Experience: 3+ Years of extensive use of Salesforce in Sales, Sales Management, Sales Support/Admin, and/or CRM (Salesforce) Administration Business Environment: Salesforce in B2B service-based sales environment with up to 100 sales agents Salesforce Skills: Have experience in successfully developing or leading the development of workflows and tools in Salesforce Industry Knowledge: Experience in third-party logistics (3PL), freight forwarding, or transportation is a substantial asset Problem Solving: Ability to convert complex sales initiatives into simple adoptable Salesforce processes.
