Responsibilities
Job Description
Deploy network infrastructure following established design standards Perform general maintenance on routers, switches and firewalls Troubleshoot issues in a complex Internet/Extranet environment Interact professionally with customers and vendors to determine design requirements. Provide Level 1 through Level 4 network support Participate in on-call rotation Provide occasional 1st level server support such as racking and disc swaps Regular travel to remote Fidessa Data Centres in the Chicago area. International Travel to Brazil and Mexico (10-20% of the time)
Qualifications
Desired Experience and Competencies
Bi-lingual in English/Spanish is strongly preferred, though not required Experience with network automation a plus Experience with automation. Ansible, Python, etc Fintech, finance, banking experience is a plus
