Required areas of expertise include advanced prompting techniques (e.g., few-shot prompting, chain-of-thought, ReAct), structured outputs, function and tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic AI workflows, and LLM evaluation methodologies. Candidates should have experience with prompt versioning, regression testing, LLM-as-judge frameworks, AI safety and reliability, and performance evaluation using human-labeled and/or benchmark datasets. Proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks is required, along with familiarity with platforms such as Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Vertex AI, LangSmith, or similar technologies.
