About the Role The Playwright Automation QA Lead will be responsible for leading automation teams and ensuring high-quality testing of PnC Insurance domain agent portals applications. Responsibilities Must have experience in Playwright with JavaScript and have lead automation teams Perform comprehensive testing of PnC Insurance domain agent portals applications to ensure high quality accuracy and functionality Good to have experience on Salesforce Sales CPQ and CLM Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand business requirements and technical deliverables Identify, document, and track defects using standard tools and methodologies ensuring timely resolution Ensure adherence to industry best practices and organizational quality standards Analyze test results and prepare clear, insightful test reports for stakeholders Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and increase automation coverage Utilize Salesforce test automation tools to improve testing efficiency and consistency Stay updated with the latest automation Salesforce enhancements and testing techniques Qualifications 10 to 15 Years of experience in relevant fields.
